How to delete your data
You can delete the data DMFlow holds about you in any of these ways:
- Inside DMFlow: sign in → Accounts → disconnect the Instagram account. This deletes its access token, automations and uploaded images and removes personal identifiers from its event logs. To delete everything including your login, use Settings → Delete account.
- Inside Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove DMFlow. We receive Meta’s request automatically and delete the data linked to that Instagram account.
- By email (including people who commented on or messaged a business that uses DMFlow): contact us with your Instagram username. We will delete or anonymize your entries within 30 days.
What we keep after deletion: payment records required by financial and tax rules, and anonymous counters used for plan limits. See the Privacy Policy.
If you already requested deletion through Instagram you will receive a confirmation code and a link to a status page.
