1. Agreement

By creating an account or using DMFlow (operated by DMFlow) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

DMFlow lets you connect an Instagram professional account and set up automations: public replies to comments on your posts, direct messages sent after a comment (private reply), replies to story replies, and replies to keywords sent in direct messages.

3. Eligibility

You must be an adult acting for yourself or for a business that owns or manages the Instagram account you connect.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Follow Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and the laws that apply to you.
  • You are responsible for the content of your messages, replies, images and links. Do not send spam, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive content.
  • Only message people in the ways Instagram allows. For example, one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment, and messages inside the 24-hour messaging window.
  • Do not try to bypass plan limits, rate limits or security controls, and do not use the service to collect data you are not entitled to.

5. Plans and payments

The free plan includes 10 automatic replies in total. Paid plans have the limits, duration and price shown when you purchase. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose when to renew. Refunds follow the terms stated at purchase or the law, whichever is more favorable to you.

6. Third-party platforms

The service depends on Instagram and Meta. They may change, limit or suspend access at any time, including for your account. We are not responsible for restrictions Instagram places on your account or for changes to their rules or APIs.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, abuse the service or put it or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
